Anyone have any ideas on how we might achieve this practically? Who do we hire? How do we implement this? I don't speak another language so I don't have much experience here but I love this idea.

Matthias: I think one thing that could be looked into first is to see the following:
- Viewer demographic (what areas they're from) and select the couple main languages.
- You'd need someone (preferably 2 ppl but it's understandable if you can't do that) who's both fluent in English and the other language to do the translation (I know you can hire ppl on fiverr, I'm pretty sure? Or have another community driven research like you're doing with the editor research)
- Casting... I genuinely don't know, sorry. Community driven, maybe?
- Recording + editing: you'd probably need someone carefully cutting out the english talking, redoing whatever captions needed but idk how much more editing work it is.
TL;DR Community casting or using platforms like Fiverr, mostly.

Matthias: maybe you can also let shenelle help since if I’m correct and correct me if I’m wrong she knows how to speak and read Japanese right? Also if you need anybody to translate anything from Korean to English then I’m willing to help as much as I can.
