I’m also so curious about on what’s really on the blank pages of the journal. My guess is either you guys will find out Wesley’s/debs continued conversation or it might lead you to a deeper hole than usual. What if it reveals the remaining coordinates to the hidden serum.

I’m curious on if the blank journal that you guys found inside the mountaineer somehow have hidden messages such as like additional serum formulas? Also what if there are other methods that you guys can use such as putting some lime juice on the blank journal and then use a hair dryer to see if it reveals any hidden messages.

Maybe it's like the walls in the studio. Things will just show up on the journal pages. So, maybe that's why it was hidden, because they were scared that the writing would just show up. It could be a useful tool that the team could use to communicate with the ghost if they can get their hands on the journal again.

If John Doe has it, and we are already sus of him, and the writing on the walls just happened then if your willing to you should frame John Doe asap. Everything lines up for him to be writing in the journal and it appearing on your walls. Who knows maybe someone did that to Ben to drive him crazy.

A twist. It's not really the paper that holds any clues but the frame of the journal. Something hidden inside it perhaps. Look closer. It is not what we thought it was..

Maybe it’s the only way a ghost can communicate with them, or maybe it is something like deathnote or something….. you write something in it, something happens?

What if the journal wasn't important until the sensors started acting up? It would start writing itself either by giving hints or leading the team astray. It could lead into being someone's journal they had prepared to throw anyone off their trail, until the team spots small details that don't make sense. Think of it as ghost writing or tom riddle's diary-esque.
