Add More Realism Into The Story
brainstorming
Zoe
We have since strayed a bit from the more realistic content we did in earlier seasons when we would see a bit more of the day to day of the studio. It used to be more about YouTubers who had things happen to them, now it feels like we dropped the 'YouTuber' part of it. We want to find ways to bring it back.

Interactions
Bee
When it comes to interacting with people within the story it would be nice to see more realism with it.
For example, the people in the hospital, in my experience people wouldn't really just.. look, at others coming in, but maybe a small nod and/or a "hello" would more accurately depict what was happening and make it feel more real.
Another one would be handing over the mountaineer. If the police took things out of it then they would have done more checks, including things such as fingerprints and DNA scans on things within the car that they found. Things like that would be good to see to add more realism since it is what would actually happen. Even if you yourselves never got to see it just John Doe mentioning that they found things like that would help a lot. A potential thing to add in future could be that fingerprints on things they found don't match anyone we know, helping to bring another character into play.
There are more scenarios other than these two but these ones are the ones that stand out to me.

Maintaining Grounded Realism
Amon S.
More groundedness. Season 2, and more in season 3, the story began to get extreme in a way that felt a little less believable, with a bunch of paranormal happenings, with a Youtube team indulging in it and filming it at convenient moments. I think to make it feel more grounded, there could be clips of 'mandatory vlogging' where the team records themselves doing various everyday studio tasks, and during those, certain events transpire and lead them to pick up the camera. It's an example, so not the definite suggestion or solution, but something like that could help ground it in a reality of "this is crazy, I just picked up the camera".

This could also be done by showing more of non-characters if they are okay with it: people like Cat, Tanner, Loren, Shenelle etc. just saying hi when you walk into the studio and having a chat etc can add to that everyday.
The one thing that I will say: I think that some moments are going to need that more serious feel- for example the survivor interview the more vlogger boi content would have felt more disrespectful. Don't be afraid to have those serious moments but also have the fun- for me moments like when deb was introduced was perfect. That kind of shock/discovery. Jokes in that moment could be used very sparingly to break the tension but would be a lot more suited to before the introduction.
When you did the bit trying to be YouTubers with like the dope or nope mountaineer it just felt forced to me and didn't match the feel. I think people like just more the chilling at the workplace vibe than the forced fun vibe

Zoe: it might be hard to have Tanner in a lot though since he shoots Behind 863.
Gary Garrison
Zoe: I would like to see J-Fred have a cameo or two.

brainstorming
Currently brainstorming, I think this is difficult due to the nature of shooting a lot of content in one day and having the day job itself be the making of this story.
Matthias
I think that the illusion of things happening and things being more of a 'day to day' is more important than actually knowing how the sausage gets made. i.e. We can be going into behind the scenes stuff but play it off like its a regular meeting for other things.
Matthias
Alternatively DOPE or NOPE can play a bigger role as 'my day job' in this universe.

Matthias: if it is your day job.... the mannequin can be in one frame and then gone in another. I would think a haunting wouldnt take a break cause youre at your day job, lol

Artemis: this just gave me flashes of Fight Club. When we are introduced to Brad Pitt’s character through single frames flashes of him.
