I agree we need something on Nelson. I'm going to suggest that this doesn't need to be an appearance in person but some sort of evidence that he is actually a person and alive.

I feel like Nelson’s appearance should be built up a little bit more before revealing himself.

In one of the videos where they were talking to Deb (At that time they thought it was just an AI, D3B) they brought up Nelson and it responded, "Nelson Syphus is a threat" and "don't look for him, he will come to you."

maybe we see little pieces of him here or there that gives hints to how he may look but still leave a good bit to the imagination.
